Description
The Hudson from the Center for Machine Arts in Peekskill: glassy water, the far shore in one long silver-blue stroke, rust and green scrub in the foreground. Andee painted it during his two-week residency in July 2023 — a fortnight to "build a new machine, paint landscapes and hang out," as he described it, "surrounded by Bre's amazing drawing machine, book and art collection." The machine painted the view it was sitting in.
