Tickle Monthly

Monthly magazine for contemporary digital art, creative writing and the history of computer art. -- Issue #93 of The Tickle, with the assistance of the Computer Arts Society ( @computerartssoc ), features an in-depth conversation with duo Tali Hinkis and Kyle Lapidus, otherwise known as LoVid ( @lovidlovid ), interdisciplinary glitch, video, textile and performance artists. We also facilitate a conversation between Objkt curator Kika Nicolela ( @kikanicolela ) and prominent collector Danielle King ( @Rrose_Selavy_11 ), focusing on her artistic tastes, personal work and web3 journey. Our computer art history column from researcher and author Catherine Mason ( @CathComputerArt ) profiles the legendary computer artist, scientist and writer Herbert W Franke ( @HerbertWFranke ), author of the seminal 1971 book ‘Computer Graphics: Computer Art’, ahead of a celebration of his work as part of Berlin’s Generative Art Summit in July.
