Description
As You Like, version 1 — a small work (4 × 9 inches) acquired on the closing day of the KinoSaito Annual, the community art benefit at the Verplanck arts center, December 2024. The annuals' rosters bill an artist as simply "MIKIKO," with special placement in 2023 — most plausibly Mikiko Ino herself, the center's founder, showing under a mononym; the attribution rests on that reading and the acquisition itself. Made by the person who made the place.
